Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. We use a print-on-demand fulfillment process, which means your gear is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods (holidays, major drops, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on location.

United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply once the package reaches your country. We do not control or estimate these charges.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If issues persist, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped, but we will help file claims when appropriate.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
